Ed Sheeran reveals gig trauma and says women keep nicking his hoodies!

Singer songwriter Ed Sheeran is of course at the top of his musical game right now, however, in a recent interview, he revealed that he's faced some struggles along the way and has "had bottles thrown at me and played shows to no-one..."

He also revealed that he has something of a battle to hang onto his hoodies, given that women keep nicking them!

But first, in response to being asked what his first few gigs were like, Ed told The Corby Press, "[I had] bottles being thrown on stage, not being allowed to perform [because] I was too young...

"Missing the last train home because you were waiting for people to turn up who never did.

"I've played a lot of shows to no one, that's what makes the gigs now so awesome."

Press Party reports "Sheeran was also asked about a rumour that has been spreading surrounding his new album and confessed that while he has made a song that samples tunes from 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer', it won't be on his forthcoming new album."

He said, "It's not actually on this album. I just made a tune sampling some background music from Buffy.

"I love Buffy, I watch it a lot, and some of the soundtrack is brilliant."

On now to Ed's comments about fans stealing his clothes, and he remarked, "Ralph Lauren make awesome hoodies, but women keep stealing them.

"I used to have so many, now I have one."

I wonder if his BFF Taylor Swift has swiped one?

Here's a look at the two of them performing together...
