's moving up in the world, having swapped his Lego house for Courteney Cox's beach house!
The singer-songwriter revealed that he's been living in the Friends star's beach house ever since he introduced Courteney to her new boyfriend, Johnny McDaid.
Johnny - who is a member of indie rock band Snow Patrol - used to be Ed's housemate.
"I wasn't allowed to talk about this, actually, but it's just gone public. My housemate, who I've lived with for a year, I introduced him to Courteney Cox," Ed revealed to .
"They started dating and are crazy about each other and I ended up spending a lot of time living in her beach house and therefore bumping into all these random people. We spent Thanksgiving eve at Jennifer [Aniston]'s and Thanksgiving day at Courteney's."
Despite the casual name dropping, red-head Ed, who was recently named one of People magazine's Sexiest Men Alive, seemed amazed himself by the fact he is on first-name terms with two of Hollywood's best known television actresses, stopping mid-sentence to say, "Jennifer'... what the f***!?".
But that didn't stop him from revealing that he passed out by Jen's pool during the Thanksgiving eve festivities. "I drunk a bit too much and needed a time out," explained Ed. "So I walked down and lay on one of the beds outside the pool and passed out there."
"Courteney's was a bit more tame," he added.
