'Go team' and all that
In all the madness of the Teen Choice Awards and focusing maybe a little too much on his bromance with Harry Styles, we somehow managed to miss Ed Sheeran wearing what is fast becoming our favourite item of celeb boy clothing - a sports jersey.
Ed decided to give his usual tee a miss for once and treated us all to a lovely vision of him in varsity blue. But don't go thinking we could tell you the first thing about the team/sport/literally ANYTHING about his top, other than the fact that we like what it looks like on Ed's fit body.
Yep, Eddy took to the stage in Chicago as part of his tourmate Taylor Swift's Red tour and there are only two reasons we can assume why Ed chose to wear this shirt for the occasion:
1. He liked how the orange brought out the colour in his hair.
2. He was showing his support to some sort of Chicago-based team. Which we guess would make the most sense but wouldn't be even remotely as fun.
Also helping with the whole 'looking hot' thing, was Ed strumming along to some love songs with his guitar in hand. It's like being serenaded by Ashley Cole or something. Except not at all like Ashley Cole because he's a cheater but we literally can't think of any other famous sport player right now.
... DAVID BECKHAM. WE MEAN HIM.
Also, massive props to the lighting guy who was controlling Ed's set up in the ol' windy city - we see what you did there, bathing him in a bright orange light. THERE'S MORE TO HIM THAN JUST THE COLOUR OF HIS HAIR, ALRIGHT?
Anyway, what do you make of Ed in a sports jersey then? Loving it? Somehow hating it? We need to know....
