Supercreator Aisha Tyler has a refreshing take on failure

Jian chats with Aisha Tyler, co-host of CBS' The Talk and the ringmaster of the rebooted improv show, Whose Line Is It Anyway. The witty, one-woman powerhouse also voices super-spy Lana Kane on Archer, dominates the competition as a celebrity Jeopardy champ, and spearheads the hit podcast Girl on Guy.

And, as if all that isn't enough, the author, activist, gamer and budding filmmaker is in Toronto to work the stand up comedy circuit.

In a refreshing and highly entertaining interview with Jian, Tyler shoots holes in stereotypes about black female comedians, explains why growing up as a "weird kid" was a good thing, and shares a surprising perspective on failure.

"Everything I've ever done, someone has told me, to my face, this is never going to work."
